  – Once a carrier confirms delivery, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through OnlyInStock.com (“Only In Stock,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Only In Stock is a subsidiary of Complete Street Retail, LLC, and references to “Only In Stock” include its affiliates where applicable. By placing an order, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct – Automated Access & Monitoring

You agree not to access, monitor, scrape, or collect any content or data from this website using automated means, including bots, crawlers, scrapers, price-monitoring tools, or data-mining software, without prior written consent.

Unauthorized automated access—including attempts to collect pricing, inventory, or product data—is strictly prohibited. Only In Stock and its affiliates reserve the right to block access and pursue legal remedies under applicable law.

General Disclaimers

• Product images may be generic manufacturer images and may not represent the exact item received.
• Fitment tools may include universal items; customers are responsible for confirming compatibility.
• All products are installed and used at the customer’s own risk.
• Only In Stock and its affiliates are not responsible for installation costs, labor, vehicle downtime, or related damages.
• Free shipping does not apply to all products or destinations.
• We do not ship internationally. Exported products are not eligible for returns or support.

Online Orders – Important Information

Automated Processing

Orders are processed automatically and may be released to fulfillment within 15 minutes. Do not place duplicate orders to apply coupon codes. Contact us within one hour for assistance.

Cancellations

Cancellations are manual and not guaranteed. Orders already picked, shipped, or special-ordered may not be cancelable.

Multiple-Item Orders

Items may ship separately from different locations.

Variable Availability & Pricing

Inventory and pricing may change due to multiple fulfillment sources.

Core Charges

Items with core charges follow special procedures and are refundable only upon receipt and inspection of an eligible core.

Special-Order Items

Special-order items may not be returnable and may carry restocking or cancellation fees.

Package Protection

Optional package protection may be offered at checkout to cover loss, damage, or theft after delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns require prior approval and an issued RMA.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned per instructions.
• Most items do not have restocking fees.
• Restocking fees apply only to certain special-order items and truck freight shipments.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
• Unauthorized or refused returns may be denied.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Subjective reasons (such as sound preference) are not valid for returns of used items.

Order Cancellations

• Cancellation approval is at the sole discretion of Only In Stock.
• Orders released to shipping or suppliers may not be canceled.
• Cancellation fees may apply due to merchant or supplier costs.
• Certain forced-induction products may carry up to a 35% cancellation fee or be non-cancelable.

Non-Returnable Items

Including but not limited to:

• Used or installed items
• Special-order items (where noted)
• Items with core charges
• Forced-induction components
• Tuning devices and electronics
• Wheels and tires
• Chemical products
• Opened electronics
• Emissions-related or off-road-only products

Damaged, Lost, or Defective Items

• Issues must be reported within 15 days of delivery.
• Documentation and photos are required.
• Replacement is provided after carrier or manufacturer verification.
• Return shipping costs are covered only for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
• Only In Stock and its affiliates are not responsible for labor costs or downtime.

Customer Responsibilities & Disputes

Customers agree to:

• Attempt good-faith resolution before filing disputes.
• Provide documentation when requested.
• Work with manufacturers for warranty claims when applicable.
• Ensure secure delivery locations and accurate shipping information.

Fraudulent activity may result in order cancellation, denial of service, collections, or legal action.

Chargebacks & Collections

Only In Stock respects legitimate disputes. However, retaining merchandise after a chargeback is considered fraud. In cases of clear fraud or bad faith, we may pursue recovery through billing, collections, or legal remedies. Collections are not pursued for good-faith disputes.

Privacy

Customer data is not sold. Information is shared only as required for fulfillment, warranty processing, and shipping. Cookies and analytics tools may be used for site performance and troubleshooting. Payment data is handled by secure third-party processors.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Only In Stock and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, vehicle downtime, or loss of business, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Only In Stock’s maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to any order, product, or service shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.

Waiver of Jury Trial

The Customer and Only In Stock each hereby waive any right to a trial by jury in any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, any order, or any transaction between the parties. Any such action shall be tried before a judge sitting without a jury. This waiver is knowingly, voluntarily, and intentionally made by both parties.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
